Xpressions Support

For those experiencing issues with the Xpressions app (only one child showing and no siblings, incorrect details), please follow the instructions below:

For Androids:
  1. Go into Settings > Apps and Notifications
  2. Locate the Xpressions app (they may need to tap "See All Apps" and tap into it
  3. Tap into "Storage" and then tap the "Clear Storage" button
  4. When prompted, tap OK to proceed
  5. Once complete, return to the home screen and open Xpressions; if issues persist, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Google Play Store

For iPhones:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap the user's name
  3. Tap iCloud
  4. Tap Manage Storage
  5. Tap the Xpressions app (if this is not present, skip to Step 8)
  6. Tap Delete Data
  7. Tap Delete to confirm
  8. If the Xpressions app is not present in iCloud Storage or if issues persist after doing the above, go back to the Home screen and open Settings
  9. Tap General
  10. Tap iPhone Storage
  11. Tap the Xpressions app
  12. Select Delete App
  13. Once complete, go to the Home screen and open the App Store
  14. Search for the Xpressions app and reinstall it
